Hello InfinityFree Admin Team,

Sir, when I am trying to reach to my site www.fountainofknowledge.ga with Google Chrome, it throws me an error:

This site can’t be reached

fountainofknowledge.ga’s server DNS address could not be found.
Try running Windows Network Diagnostics.

DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

The point is, it was perfectly working yesterday without any problems and suddenly this issue came to arise today onwards. I checked the domain hosted at freenom.com and it was also ACTIVE and I did not make any changes into them. Help me resolving this problem please.

I can’t find it neither. Please check your nameservers are correct in whmcs, and it selected as custom you may have accidentally set it to default.

Nothing here sir. I logged into my profile @ freenom.com and clicked on ‘My Domains’, followed by ‘Manage Domains’ under fountainofknowledge.ga. Then checked all its nameservers they were as it is - ns1.byet.org, ns2.byet.org, ns3.byet.org, ns4.byet.org and ns5.byet.org accordingly.

When did you set up the domain? Please note it can take up to 72 hours for DNS or nameserver changes to become effective due to DNS propagation.
