Please use our own SSL certificate issued for your own domain. Cloudflare ones are issued to sni.cloudflaressl.com and not your domain. Example

it is fine to use cloudflare’s one, as it overrides the current one, however he (or she) is experiencing the error because bitdefender doesn’t trust it

Correct but some AV doesnt like Cloudflare for some reason
