Thats not what I see at all.
healthsouq.ae: is suspended. See below link.
drjaisons.com: Seams to be working fine, try claring Clouflare and your browsers cache.

This is just a caching issue. It could be related to this article, but most likely it’s just a Browser cache issue. (So just clear your browser cache)
