I had europajigsaw.ml on freemon which is not working.
Have setup europajigsaw.eu on godaddy and set name servers to ns1.epizy.com
have added europajigsaw.eu as a parked domain onto europajigsaw.epizy.com
can I transfer the wordpress site from the .ml to .eu?
If it’s a parked domain, then you don’t need to migrate anything. All the files and database are already in the right place. All you need to do is update the website URL to the .eu domain and you’re done!

have changed WordPress Address (URL)” and “Site Address (URL)” both to .eu but site still not accessible.
I checked your site and it seems to be working from here.
When you say it’s “not accessible”, what do you mean exactly? What do you see?
