Trusted InfinityFree SSL Certificate Not Found

I installed the SSL certificate you guys provide and it worked great, I went to install WordPress with the https protocol and it said ‘Trusted SSL not found.’ I already verified that the SSL certificate was working. I need help.

My website URL is falconoms.ga

What I’m seeing is: The website is loading the SSL padlock, I don’t have a website installed at the moment and I was trying to install WordPress

I’m using this software: I am softaculous, I was trying to install WordPress, but it couldn’t find a trusted SSL certificate.

Since Softaculous doesn’t accept certificates without a certificate chain (which isn’t supported for installation on free hosting), you may follow one of these workarounds:

  • Leave the warning alone and install it without problems and without having to change the protocol afterwards;
  • Install it with HTTP as protocol and change it afterwards through the WordPress settings or the database’s phpMyAdmin;
  • Install it manually with the HTTPS version of the URL (also creating a database manually).

How would I install it as https if no certificate was found

How would I do this? I am very confused.

For the first one, on Softaculous choose WordPress as software to install, choose as protocol HTTPS, ignore the “A trusted SSL certificate was not found” warning, and customize and install as normal.

For the second one, on Softaculous choose WordPress as software to install, choose the HTTP protocol and then install as you would. After that, login to your wp-admin from the HTTP version, go to the Settings, and then change the URLs to contain the HTTPS version and save the changes.
