Unable to connect to FTP server

Hi ,

I tried every help method to login with FTP server but there is no luck yet. I am free user. Please help me out as soon as possible.

Its always says :** Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server**

I also can not connect to ftp. I have this message:
Status: Established TLS connection.
Command: USER epiz_20781990
answer: 331 User epiz_20781990 OK. Password required
Command: PASS **********
answer: 530 Login authentication failed
Erro: Erro crtico: Could not connect to server
I changed my login password today, is this it?
Can you help me?
