Everytime i try to connect to my website ftp it gives me this error
Connection attempt failed with “EAI_NONAME - Neither nodename nor servname provided, or not known”.
I have entered the correct ftp credentials
Can I ask what you’ve put as the FTP Server, because it seems like your software thinks there isn’t one.

Are you using FileZilla? If so, can you please share the full logs?

Could you please try the FTP hostname ftp.epizy.com instead? It points to the exact same server.
For some reason, some ISPs and/or network administrators hate our FTP hostname and block it. That’s the only reason I can think of that the hostname ftpupload.net doesn’t work.

What is your domain?
Hmm, that’s definitely a network problem on your end. A configuration issue there can cause problems in the AUTH TLS step, which is where the connection encryption is set up.
Can you please try the instructions from this section down?
