Unable to create a new account with a new domain name

The domain I am trying to add: examsresource.com

I get the error message below everytime I try to host my new domain on infinity free

The selected subdomain is already in use and cannot be added to an account.

Are you using the “Custom Domain” button?

Also, please note that creating accounts is temporarily unavailable due to an API issue.
