Unable to delete CNAME record

Can't delete cname records in control panel

stairs.infinityfreeapp.com (please specify the website or account you are asking about) Syntax error in domain name, to many dots. Yourdomain name is to long! (please share the FULL error message you see) When I try to delete this faulty record I get the error message, but It doesn’t delete the record. I can’t get a self signed certificate. (other information and details relevant to your question)

I’ve already reported it to iFastNet. They’re usually quite quick to fix small bugs like these, but I wouldn’t be surprised if the current outage is keeping them preoccupied.
