Unable to establish SSL

I tried to establish SSL to my website by using the default SSL “Self Signed Certificate”. I followed the steps to generate the keys and uploaded it. I then click on the “Setup CNAME Record Automatically”, I got a message stating that “Unable to login to your hosting account. Please make sure the account is active and the password in the client area is correct”.

I found out that the passwords of my account, control panel and FTP are different. I don’t know how to change passwords to make sure that they are the same.

That incorrect. Please follow the instruction here. If you want SSL to work, do not install self-signed cert.
