I followed the correct steps of getting an ssl certifcate with settting up my cname records as you can see here

is there an bug? or does renewing ssl after previous one expired caused issues?

I followed the same steps I did as when I first renewed my ssl certificate

its already been more than an day since I requested for an ssl certificate I should have got it by now

If you’re using GoGetSSL it works slightly differently. The Admin has already answered a similar question to your one:

The process is largely the same. You just request and install a new certificate.

If you’re using Let’s Encrypt and didn’t remove the CNAME records, you can just click Request Certificate right away without having to setup CNAME records. With GoGetSSL, you need to setup new records every time.

Odd, your CNAME records look OK so GoGetSSL should autonomously just check and activate the order.

I just forced a resync at GoGetSSL to get it to issue the certificate and it has been activated now. I’ll see what can be done to make this go more smoothly in the future.
