Unable to Login through Filezilla

Error Message

I’m unable to login to FTP through File zilla, error message shows :

Status:	Resolving address of ftpupload.net
Status:	Connecting to 185.27.134.11:21…
Error:	Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error:	Could not connect to server

From your screenshot, it looks like you were simply not active
The FTP server rejects connections that do nothing
so within 20 seconds, you need to start a transfer,
but please send the full log (so let’s see exactly where it got stuck in detail).

Are you sure it’s a full debug log from filezilla?

Go to Edit → Settings…
Scroll down to the Debug page.
Ensure that “Show debug menu” is enabled (it is by default).
Update the “Debug information in message log” and set it to “2 - Info”.
Click Save to update the settings.

I did set the setting as instructed, but it shows the same messages only, how ever I selected 4.debug, the error messages are as follows:

Other (if the above doesn’t help):

are you an administrator on that device/PC?
or maybe the firewall is blocking filezilla from establishing a full connection ?
try using a VPN (or don’t use it if you’re currently using)

try downloading the latest version
and then create a connection and confirm all the certificates that pop up

In addition to above suggestions,
Assuming you are using windows, Check your firewall rules either from anti virus if it’s installed or windows bitdefender if it’s enabled.
you can check whether FTP is blocked or not by making telnet connection. Enable telnet just for debugging purpose and then disable it once you are done debugging.

except that the case is completely identical to yours (logs)
the user who has problems with FTP uses the same ISP from your screenshot.
I won’t say more than that for privacy reasons.
So you can probably help him more with that.

Thanks for the help everyone. FTP was blocked on my modem, I enabled it and its working now.
