Please try uploading with FileZilla, the online filemanager is not the perfect solution.

I always use Online File MANAGER it just works fine , maybe some issue , retry ?

Now a new error is coming :-

The upload failed: Error during FTP upload, file not found: “htdocs/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/all-in-one-wp-migration.php”.

As it says , The file is not found , either you have deleted it I guess , are you using WordPress ? , If so why are make opening your File Manager ?

I am just uploading some custom files but I am getting this error

You should upload that in "htdocs/wp-content" not in

htdocs/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/all-in-one-wp-migration.php”.

You are uploading the Files to WP-Plugin All in one wp migration ! just upload in wp-content it should work fine

Anyways I am not familiar with that , Sorry if I am wrong

Do what @jaikrishna.t says.

And

Backup plugins do not work well on free hosting. Your account will get suspension easily.
