Unable To Upload via FTP

Other Information

I am using Filezilla and have been unable to upload using EITHER of the hosts (neither ftp.epizy.com OR ftpupload.net). For some reason I keep getting the above Error. Please help! I can’t even upload my site!

Check your credentials and make sure it matched with ones shown in client area.

They do. I copy/pasted them directly from the client area.

For some reason it’s not recognizing them. I am also unable to manually upload anything to file manager either.

That error message means your password is incorrect, or at least the system thinks it is. If you have already tried a direct copy and paste, you should try resetting the password for the account to re-sync with the FTP server. If you like the password you currently have, you can ‘reset’ the password to the same one to force a sync. After changing your password, please wait 15 minutes for the sync to complete before trying again.
