Under one of my free hosting account all websites are not reachable

epiz_28606993 (e.g. epiz_XXX) or Website URL

all websites under this user name ARE NOT REACHABLE

however within same infinity main account i have another hosting account ( epiz_29781637 that one works FINE.

I noticed this 12 hrs ago. Do you have an idea how long the outage will last?
I can access control panel fine.
Can I remove all website that are down under malfunctioning hosting account and add them other the one that is working?

I’m also try to access the mentioned domains!!
But unfortunatly all the domains not reachable for me too!
So just give some time.
Admin will revert back and help you to fix the issue !!

That IP is currently down. Hopefully it will be back up soon. You can always switch your domain, files, and database to a new account if you wish.

so i created a new hosting account under 185.27.134.125 and the control panel with the hosted website is very very slow right now. and the subdomains are not loading just the main custom domain i created as first under epiz_30512436.
do you have any idea when it could be working?

Try clearing your cache, or reloading the page. It is working at its normal speed for me. The slow speed may also be because the account is brand new, and things still need to get setup.

As for the actual domains, it can take 72 hours before they are fully working.
