You’ll need to use a FTP software for android instead.

Download any FTP client app for android, simple as that!

And you will use your FTP credentials to connect through your FTP, your FTP credentials can be found in the Control Panel.

You need an FTP client. Most people here use FileZilla, but that’s for desktop operating systems only. But if you just search the web for “<whatever platform you’re using> ftp client” (e.g. “android ftp client”) you should be able to find alternative software which can do the same.

You should try it to know if it is the best for you.

I understand you, cause I have been like you before…

Also your using WP right?
If so, then go to Appearance and add new theme, on that page you have a option to upload your own theme so try that feature.

Do you believe it’s the best FTP client? Or have you found a better one?

There is no such thing as a “best FTP client”, or a “best anything” for that matter. There are different options, each with their pros and cons, and one of them which works best for your particular situation and use case. What’s best for one can be the worst for someone else.

I chose one that has the ftpS option (TLS)
which has a useful GUI (especially on a tablet) and easy to use

for the best you have to pay $$ and such include features that are not relevant to you
(such as SSH, ftp server , support and other advanced things)
which you certainly will not use because you just need uploading files to a server
and this is a basic action for any ftp client
