The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.

I get this error when i try to upload a theme or a plugin from zip

If theme or plugin is more than 10mb, it is better to extract files locally then upload via ftp

Unzip the file on your computer, then upload the resulting folder to your website.

i tried it,but it resulted a serial error on wordpress

Not if you do it correctly. Unzip the file on your computer, and upload the folder to the “Plugins” folder using FTP.
