Hi,
Yes it’s possible by using an FTP software like Filezilla (Windows PC) and ES File Explorer (Android).

It’s not really possible to extract it “inside” the hosting (FTP can upload and download files, not extract them), but you can use the file manager in the client area (not the control panel) to upload a zip file.
