I’m sorry, but no. You cannot upload large files here, including zip files used for website transfer. I would highly recommend to use a desktop FTP client on a desktop operating system so you can extract the file there and upload it with FileZilla.
If that’s not an option, maybe you can get an FTP client on your phone which can do this. But website administration on a phone is excruciating in my experience.
