It is in Control Panel, in metrics section…

I think there are only two reasons for that
no one visited your website (a bit unbelievable because it should register at least your visit)

another reason… I am an old user and for such it is known that logs can be stuck
I even made a new acc two months ago and it’s also stuck
the last thing I seen in new acc logs is half of 6. month

it is possible that in your case it is also stuck

P.S. I apologize for the allegation that maybe the “intruder” has deleted the logs
sometimes in the past it was possible but now I see that a new permision mode has been put in place that prevents it (what I see on my acc and I do not know how it is with new users )

They said they are going to remove it soon, that their devs are working on it.
We all know what’s next :wink:

some time ago was a very good section in the true client area
(somewhere where ftp data is - tabs menu)
and it was much clearer and more beautiful to look at those logs
I don’t know why admin has changed it/hid

If you really do want to fix these errors, you will have to become an experienced PHP, JavaScript, CSS and language developer, become on of their resellers and customize everything / create your own software/panel/client area like @Admin did.

you do not have to know anything because these logos are generated by apache

What I mean is to know these things so that you can create your own logs scripts, without needing iFastNet’s ones.
If you only know how to enable them, it isn’t going to help on defualt vPanel.

It wasn’t used very much and the log generation is a bit dodgy. Error logs have never worked as you would expect and access logs didn’t work most of the time. What’s the point of a log viewer if most of the logs are garbage anyways.
