Vanilla Forums user registration email confirmation broken

Currently no one can use my Vanilla forums because the confirmation email is always broken. How do I fix this ASAP?

I changed the mail encoding to 8bit, and it is no longer messed up.
However, there are very large spaces where new lines should appear (like 8 lines of space), if anyone knows how to fix this, let me know.
