It thinks the underscore is there but like you stated it doesn’t of your end

one will take the underscore but when you try the other one no . you get that error message

It’s going to be spaces then, so write them out in their form, and the one with underscore, _acme-challenge.www.gooddogsunlimited.ga, I get the correct record:

_acme-challenge.www.gooddogsunlimited.ga. 21599 IN CNAME hflavkak2bi3wb8fmvuo.acme.infinityfree.net.

So, Make sure to write them out without spaces. With the underscore, if you really don’t get it and want me to do it, just PM me.

I just installed the ssl . How do you no that it worked or not ? And when it comes to renew the ssl how to you renew them

Good day.

To know if it’s working or not, you just have to open your website with https, for example https://hamradiotv.ga (I took one from the screenshot, not sure whether or not that the domain that you installed SSL on)
If there is padlock on the address bar, everything is correct.
If not, you can come back here again to ask for help from other members.

To renew, you can visit https://app.infinityfree.net/acmeDomains
Click on the domain you want to renew.
At the Step 2 box, click the “Request SSL Certificate”.
After that, everything is the same as installing new Certificate as you did until now.
