I am trying to verify SSL cert with zeroSSL by HTTP File Upload. Even though I uploaded the file to the right location I still get that error message. I reached out to them and was told :

"The full definition of HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden = client error status response code indicates that the server understood the request but refuses to authorize it.

Please check your internal server configuration so that our system can reach and authorize the file.

Hello there,
Sorry you can’t get free SSL cert from ZeroSSL
It was disabled for security reason
But you can use free SSL cert from InfinityFree itself
