Webmail issue

Hi.

I have the free hosting plan from Infinity Free and I’m satisfeed with it… But I have one issue.
Sometimes I can’t login to my mail.
If I try to login via dascaluflorin.com/roundcubemail it tells me that “Connection to IMAP server failed”.
If I try to login via cPanel > Webmail (http://185.27.132.238/roundcubemail/) it tells me that “Please log into your control panel and click the webmail icon to access webmail, direct access to here is not allowed” (I mention that I’m loged at cPanel).

Someone can help me?

That makes sense, because IMAP access to our mail servers is not supported. You can’t use your own email software with our mailboxes.

Do you have any browser extensions or setting affecting cookie storage? I had to turn off cookie blockers to access webmail properly. After that, it worked fine though.

I’m using Opera (with VPN activated) and the only extension I have is AdBlock.
I allready deleted all my cookies and browser history.

Yesterday my webmail worked just fine!

We changed some security settings recently.

Can you try to see if Opera without the VPN works? Or another device and browser?

It still tells me: “Please log into your control panel and click the webmail icon to access webmail, direct access to here is not allowed” with VPN or without VPN.
I tried also to login using my phone (via Google Chrome browser)… No succes.

i am using free infinity and 2 days ago even when am logged into the cpanel and trying to access webmail portal to log in email there seems to be a problem, the webmail portal shows this below screen, and have removed all browser extensions but still have d same problems

I suspect the issue is related to the file manager issue: File Manager "Your session has expired" error - System Issues - InfinityFree Forum

A workaround has been deployed for that issue, can you please check if webmail works now?

It’s very unlikely you are having the same issue, because this issue was a technical error on our end which was fixed one and a half months ago. Please create a new topic and explain the steps you take, copy the errors you see and include the account and email address your issue refers to.
