Webpage is blank in some browsers; redirects to ads in some cases

My website URL is:
http://westown.epizy.com/index4.php

What I’m seeing is:
The page is completely blank. There is no error message. The URL has changed to http://westown.epizy.com/?z

The same issue happens in some browsers I’ve tried, including Firefox (on laptop), Samsung Internet (on Android) , Brave (on Android)

On some browsers - Microsoft Edge (on laptop) and Chrome (on Android) - it redirects my page to ads.

The page displays properly in some browsers: Chrome (on laptop), Firefox (on Android).

I’m using this software:
Windows 10 (laptop), Android 8.0 (phone)

Additional information:

This site was working earlier on Saturday, started giving my blank pages in Chrome (on laptop) for much of Saturday, then started working in Chrome again. I’ve had an account here for most of the year and never saw this problem before.
