  1. I updated index.html and the website itself didn’t update, are those just loading speeds or something like that? If yes, then what’s average speed of website updating?

  2. Is it possible to get Cloudflare onto my website?

Why are you asking? What’s the last time you’ve been DDoS-ed?

I’m asking you these questions because most websites do not get DDoS-ed, and if they are, there is not much you can do to stop it.
