I have added a new custom domain to my account 2 days back but on website builder, on clicking open, it gives the error mentioned above. Please help resolve the issue, I am new to this.

I checked the issue and it seems the error is a bit misleading.

There is an active hosting account with the domain, but you haven’t logged into the control panel yet, which means FTP access is not yet enabled. And because Site.pro requires FTP access to publish the site, you cannot open the builder.

So please login to the control panel with the button in the client area, and then try opening the site builder again.
