Hi,
Can you please check what is wrong with my website as the same is down?
The account is active but I’m not able to access it. Neither FTP nor file manager is working.

It is not a new account.
Thanks for the info but the thread that you referenced was created 2 days ago and it is mentioning: “The migration is expected to complete within 24 hours, after which all functionality should be restored”.
Anyways, I will wait for a while.
Well take note of the word “expected”.
