I have my hosting on infinityfree the website domain at a different place. But the website is not loading at all.

Main domain name is: 36tat54w.epizy.com

I am being redirected to http://suspendeddomain.org/f/

What do i need to do to rectify this.

Your domain is your account’s main domain

When your account is created, a “main domain” is automatically generated for it. These main domains are a subdomain of eight random characters, followed by an InfinityFree domain. An example main domain looks like “ss6y0hra.epizy.com”.

These main domains will never show your website and always redirect to suspendeddomain.org. These main domains are just internal identifiers, and the content shown on it does not reflect the status of your hosting account or the other domains on it. The main domain does point to the IP address of your account (which makes it useful if you want to use your own DNS servers), but never shows any website from your account.

But my actual website which www.gnvinay.com is not loading at all. how do i figure out what is wrong with it.

I checked using my pre-configured DigWebInterface for your domain, and found ns1.epizy.com.namesilo.com and ns2.epizy.com.namesilo.com in the outputs. So the nameservers are changed by VeriSign to the wrong ones. Change them to ns1.byet.org and ns2.byet.org from your domain registrar’s nameservers management panel, and wait a few hours until the DNS changes have propagated.

I have changed the name servers on the domain registrar’s nameservers management panel as suggested. Will hope to see that it would be fixed soon.
