When it was first uploaded it appeared to be working, but we noticed that it is no longer accessible.
I have gone through the steps on the page:
“How to Setup a Self-signed SSL Certificate in cPanel | Hosting KnowledgeBase” to try to create an SSL certificate, but clicking on GenerateKey, filling in the form on “http://cpanel.epizy.com/panel/indexpl.php?option=sslconfigure&domain_name=ktarchitecture.com.au” doesn’t produce any result, despite numerous attempts. I’m really not sure where the problem is, or are there multiple issues here ?

You must first upload your private key. And only after uploading your private key, you upload your certificate.

Those are the instructions for iFastNet’s premium hosting. They are not for InfinityFree and don’t work here.
