Website loading slow

hello friends when i load my site it took about 15/20 seconds to load my website for the first time, when i browse the the site then the speed is ok. after i close the browser and start again the browser and visit my site again it took long to load what could be the problem?

and i also have another issue when i visit my site for the first time every day the url is this taxiandel.nl/?i=1 the permalinks settings in wordpress are good but why do i see /?i=1 after the url off my domain?
