Website not displaying on certain ips

For some reason, my site won’t display on some networks instead, it displays an ad page it’s not a major issue to me since I can use a VPN but I was just interested in why this happens.

It is most likely DNS caching. Releasing and renewing your IP and clearing your DNS cache should solve the problem.

Is your account less than 72 hours old? Then you should see an orange banner in the client area saying that it can take up to 72 hours for new domain names to start working everywhere.
