I used the File Manager provided, also tried Filezilla - same result.
Where should my files and folders live - what is the correct structure?
Your files should be uploaded directly to the htdocs folder in your account (not to another directory, and not to a subdirectory). This directory should already contain a file called index2.html, which is the default page (and can be safely deleted).
Your own website’s home page should also have the file name index.php or index.html, or the server will not recognize it.
