Websites Not Working

My websites URL are:

What I’m seeing is: Website could not be reached (ERR_NAME_RESOLUTION_FAILED)

I’m using this software: Web Browser (Firefox, Chrome / Phone & Computer)

Additional information: Everything was working fine yesterday with all of my 3 domains and now every domain says the same thing.
What I am thinking to do is waiting but I need those websites to be up and now like now, down.

As I said, it was working yesterday and also in June/July so it is not this.

Also for me and for some services like Down for Everyone or Just Me, it’s not working, but resolves to the Cloudflare address. Try disabling the Cloudflare cPanel integration, wait some time, and add the domain on the Cloudflare dashboard.

Will do right now

Ok so I disabled cloudflare on the cPanel, I am now waiting some hours and then I’ll enable it again

But not on the cPanel! You must do this on the Cloudflare dashboard!

The thing is that if I enable again trough the Dashboard, I cannot add the nameservers of InfinityFree and Cloudflare on my Domain Provider

You must use Cloudflare nameservers, not our ones, if you use Cloudflare through the dashboard.

and then how am I able to make it hostable here?

You just point it to the IP of our servers, et voilà, the trick is done. You can check the instructions below to do this (taken up from the KB article “Cloudflare shows “Error 1016: Origin DNS error””, but edited by me):

You may want to delete the precedent records first. Then, you’ll want to add the following DNS records:

  • CNAME record with source @ and the target being your account’s main domain. How to find your main domain.
  • CNAME record with source www and target @ .
  • MX record with source @ and target mx.epizy.com (to receive email).
  • An additional CNAME record for every subdomain. So if you have a subdomain “blog”, you need to add a CNAME record with source blog and target @ .

Thanks a lot, will do everything for my other website.

You can see that it’s working fine again: https://spacelab.wtf/

The article @Ergastolator1 linked to is relevant, but only for newly added domains. Your domain has aged well beyond the period of time that information is relevant.

Our DNS monitoring has reported some hiccups in DNS resolution in the US West and East Asia regions, as well as a larger outage in the Central Europe area. Depending on where in our DNS network your request was routed, this may have impacted your DNS requests as well.

Since the previous post in this topic, the Central Europe outage was resolved. Do you still experience this problem?

All my websites are down again because DNS, but I think it’s because http://epizy.com/ is down and the main domain is always xxxx.epizy.com.

For me epizy.com is up. The Main Domain looks like 138fnsn1.epizy.com (and is always a epizy.com subdomain), and it may work also fine for me as well, but redirects me to suspendeddomain.org because I can’t access it directly. For you it may be that the nameservers are offline in that location. Could you please do a traceroute on ns1.byet.org? That should tell us where you’re connecting from.

Is this website working for you?

For me Cloudflare throws a “Error 1016: Origin DNS error”:

So here we go, it aint working probably because of that, since my records are the following:

CNAME: @ to my main domain
CNAME: www to @
MX: @ to mx.epizy.com

epizy.com is offline apparently… checked the whois… the domain is expiring today.

CRITICAL - Domain will expire in -1 days. -1 days left for domain, expires ‘2019-08-19’. Close

Exactly, and that’s why my and probably a lot of other domains are not working
