Try setting your Cloudflare SSL to Flexible

I agree with @anon12237952 that it’s probably Cloudflare configuration causing the issue. But I think don’t think that setting your SSL mode to Flexible will fix this issue. In fact, I think Flexible SSL is the cause of the issue (in combination with poor website settings).
That said, your website seems to be plain HTML and your .htaccess codes seem simple and safe so this should just work.
Can you please check the settings in Cloudflare? Did you set up any Page Rules to redirect people? Because poorly configured page rules can also cause redirect loops.
