With InfinityFree, no. But you do get the option to set custom MX (and SPF) records, so you can host your email elsewhere, if you want to.

Simply find a different email provider and follow their setup instructions. If you need help applying their instructions to our hosting, we’re happy to help you (if you can ask a specific question).

If you have a TLD domain (premium such as .com, etc.), I recommend Zoho Mail,
But if not, you can use Yandex Connect.
