What is the max ZIP filesize?

I tried to upload a 200-ish MB ZIP file to my website but it was instantly removed.
Why is that and what is the max file size I can have on the website? It is related to my Minecraft server where I am running a modpack and want to host the modpack download file on the same place as my website.

The file size limit is 10 MB on free hosting, regardless of the file type. So sharing large files from your website is only possible if you upload the files to a specialized file hosting service like Dropbox or Mediafire.
