Currently, Wordpress 5.3.2 is in use.
Additional information:
I want to use my HTML, CSS, and JS files without the use of CMS.
For me it shows “test paragraph” now. Can you please try clearing your cache or refreshing the page by pressing Ctrl+F5?

If you don’t want to use a CMS, your first step should be to remove WordPress.
If you installed it through Softaculous, you can find your WordPress site in the “All Installations” list in Softaculous. There should be an uninstall button there, which can remove all the files and databases.
Alternatively, you can just go into a file manager or FTP client, go to your htdocs folder and delete all the files in there. Then, go to the MySQL Databases section in the control panel and delete the WordPress database.
After that, you can upload your new website to the htdocs folder which you just emptied.
