Where is the Site Builder?

I simply cannot find the Site Builder anywhere in the Control Panel. Have looked pretty much everywhere on the site.

Hi, thanks for the quick response. Well I can’t build websites using Dreamweaver or similar as you suggest, and I’m not interested in learning it either. I want to focus on the product I had in mind, and that’s why I was drawn to your promises of fast website creation, before signing up. Now I feel I have to leave you and find some other site who offers better tools, sad…
