White Page - New Account

Error Message = white page

I’ve just setup a new account and uploaded an index.html file to the htdocs folder. This html file has been used on another web hosting service and does work there. When I go to my URL I only see a white page.

I followed these instructions

and still all I see is a white page.

I then followed these instructions
/article/AA-00207/34/Free-Hosting/Page-errors-Misc/blank-white-page-500-error
and still I see a white page.

Is there something else I need to do?

On further investigation it appears that new accounts may take up to 72 hours for a new domain name to start working.

That prompted me to try it in an incognito window and yes, it does work.
There must be a conflict with one of my extensions or something. But that never happened with my previous host.

I’m using the current version of Chrome.

I’ve tried turning off all extensions and clearing cache for ths page and now I get the following

It seems to have righted itself now.

How do I delete this thread?
