Why can not you install WoltLab Suite Forum?

Have a nice day,
I’m new here and would like to install a WoltLab Suite forum, but only give errors during installation, even though the file is complete and error free. On an old hosting was fine, but not here, why not?.

Can you please share which errors your forum software gives when you try to install it? If there is any problem, I’m happy to look into it, but I do need some indication of what that problem could be.

I would like to move my forum here, but somehow it does not seem to work with the backup database, so I can not put the backup into the database, how can I do this?.
