Why can't I install the plugin: "WooCommerce" on WordPress

I tried to install the plugin: “WooCommerce” on WordPress in many ways but it didn’t work.
I tried with WP 5.4 and 5.4.2 versions, I installed automatically or manually by uploading the zip file to no success.
I receive the following error message: Update failed

Installation failed: 502 Bad Gateway 502 Bad Gateway nginx
Installation failed: There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.Learn more about debugging in WordPress.

I also tried removing the old WP and reinstalling a completely new version but still not successful. Please help me, thanks
