Recently my domain got suspended and i wrote to support to unban my domain, but when i wanted to view the response (when i clicked on the ticket number) it showed an 404 error.
is there a fix?
I think, ticket based support is disabled for free accounts. Not sure though.
While @anon84130465 is right that we normally don’t offer ticket support for free hosting, you should be able to review tickets related to previous account suspensions. The fact that you cannot open them now is an error in the panel.
