Why does my website give 403 error?

My website epiz_25593468 (elherbalista.com) is showing 403 error:

I’m using Dreamweaver, uploading with ftp. The website works perfect on the local server, once is uploaded to the hosting the links point me to the 403 error page.I saw a possible solution about making a new htdocs folder but couldnt make it work please help. The links are fine: I dont know what to do. Please help

Could you check your files permissions?
The permissions might have been set to be private and inaccessible to the public.

I cant fix this problem i fixed the permissions but it didnt fix please tell me how to fix it
