I just tried to create an email account and send an email to it, but everything was working fine for me (the email was delivered properly). Do you still experience this problem?

hi, even i am facing the same problem, my website is artcravers.in , in which i am having an email [email protected], when i send an email to it from outside or send an email from it, it is sent successfully but, the contact form in my website is not sending it to email account, there it show tht message is successfully sent but nothing is shown there. when i go in mx records, i have added mx.epizy.com there, but still it shows that add an mx record, also let me tell you that i am using cloudflare for my website from outside, directly through cloudflare.com, and there also i have added mx record but still the problem is not resolved, hope you will help.

Receiving e-mail and sending e-mail from your website are two completely different issues and have nothing to do with eachother. Check the relevant FAQ article and the many other topics with the same question first. If those don’t answer your question, create a new topic.
