Hey. Setting up Wordpress Multisite but I need to add a ‘Wildcard DNS’. Getting mixed signals from Google. Some say I have to do it in my domain name’s provider website. (Isn’t working there). Some say I go to the Subdomains in the hosting cpanel and add a *.mydomain.co.uk sub domain. That doesn’t work either.
InfinityFree (just like most other shared hosting providers for that matter) doesn’t have the option to create wildcard subdomains. I think the best way to get a full Multisite setup is to get your own server where you have full control over the settings.
