Hi All, I just installed plugin for WooCommerce, the installation is failed, may I know how to check/fix? since I am new in Wordpress, thank you in advance

Thank you, yes I have downloaded theme manually from backend, and put it into wp-content/plugins directory. but after I put it the theme on backend and then when I selected the theme that I want from the front end it start importing, but the progress bar doesn’t make any changes still “Importing Content… 0%”
If I see in the front end it’s like the importing content is keep looping so percentage keep at 0%
