Please help me, I’m a newbie

This likely means that something has gone wrong during the upgrade process, causing the plugin to be corrupted.

Judging by the error messages, it sounds like WooCommerce specifically has broken down. The fastest way to solve this is to reinstall the plugin.

To do so, you will first need to disable it. If you don’t have access to WordPress’ admin area, you can still disable the plugin like this: https://www.ostraining.com/blog/wordpress/disable-a-wordpress-plugin/

After that, you can remove and re-install the plugin as usual.
