Extract Zip file in your computer. Then upload them via FTP Clients like filezilla.

Just a note: if you want it to be installed in the root folder of your domain, upload the files inside the extracted wordpress folder to your htdocs folder with a FTP client!
Also, don’t forget to create a database on the “MySQL Databases” section of the Control Panel, and configure that in WordPress, along with its host, that won’t be localhost, and the username and the password you can get by the same Client Area page you used to open the Control Panel, scrolling down to “Account Details” and clicking on “Show/Hide” to show the password!
