Wordpress can't install plugin

Hi,
I’m trying to install Jetpack plugin on my wordpress site but I get this error PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature.
I tried to manually install it but I always get CANNOT WRITE ON DISK.
Any suggestion?
